Who We Are
At Superior Artisan Wood in Tupelo, Mississippi, we are committed to sustainable practices, producing urban wood while weaving together the rich stories—and memories—held by our community's trees. As the region’s most experienced and certified urban wood producer, we create wood products that honor both heritage and the environment. By preserving wood that would otherwise go to waste, we actively contribute to reducing our carbon footprint and preserving not just natural resources, but the living memories rooted in our local landscape.
Backed by years of hands-on woodworking and timber experience, we provide custom mobile and stationary sawmilling (handling logs up to 60" in diameter), vacuum kiln drying (6-8% target moisture content), wood sanitization, and premium native hardwood lumber sales across Tupelo, Lee County, and North Mississippi. We work directly with woodworkers, contractors, arborists, and homeowners to process timber, salvage fallen trees, and supply high-quality live-edge slabs and hardwood lumber.
